Reap the benefit of this ultimate calorie-burning workout! The instructor takes you through a fun and challenging combinations of drills, interval training and resistance training using body bars, steps and calisthenics.

Spin Challenge/Interval

A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based and, or real terrain based and focused on cadence, heart rate zones, climbs and sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.

Metabolic Resistance Training Classes

Total Body Conditioning

Total body workout for both muscular strength and endurance. Continuous movement to great music steeps the heart rate up for a sweat drenched sculpting session.

ABT

Using a variety of techniques from body weights to free weights to develop strength in the muscles through resistance exercises. This fun, high intensity workout targets your abdomen, buttocks and thighs.

Pump it Up!

Toning and strengthening exercises for a total body weights workout using adjustable weights and bar.

Dance-based Cardio Classes

Basic Cardio Dance

This class will lift your heart rate as well as your spirit! A cardio dance where you can let loose and have some fun while you move to the groove!

Lo Impact Classes

Deep Water Running

A combination of cardiovascular and muscle conditioning drills using water resistance.

Lo Impact Aerobics / Cardio Sculpt

A very low impact aerobics class, designed with special consideration for the senior population and includes cardiovascular, flexibility, and strengthening segments that may be performed standing or in a seated position.

Specialised Classes

Dynamic Fitball

This class is excellent for improving core strength. It will help you improve your posture, strength and balance. The main focus areas will be the tummy and back, however, you will get a whole-body workout as well! Suitable for all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced.

Kettlebell (Beginners)

Learn to handle Kettlebells the correct way. Safety and form is our number 1 concern. Expect mobility, stability and movement exercises like no other strength straining tools. A good stepping stone to progressing to the intermediate class.

Kettlebell Circuit (Intermediate)

We will push your physical limits here! Expect to sweat pant and ‘burn’ those calories here while swinging and pressing the kettlebell. Although our emphasis is still on form, technique, progressions are our foundations, you will be pushed to challenge your current limits. One is strongly encouraged to attend the beginners class for foundation building, before attempting this intermediate circuit.

Kickboxing

A high-intensity class incorporating kicks, punches, elbows and knees, used in martial arts and boxing, together. Constant low-centered movements will strengthen and tone your muscles, and a variety of kicks will develop killer legs, while giving your heart a great cardio workout.

Suspension Trainer Circuit Training

This is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual's own body weight via the suspension trainer to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Participants are challenged with a fast-paced workout that combines strength exercises with cardio drills. Times sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own place.

The Draycott Room is suited for functions that require more intimate settings, where guests can sip from tall glasses over light conversation without the fuss of negotiating a large room. The Tanglin Club's attention to detail ensures these cosy rooms maintain a genteel appearence, akin to a Victorian drawing room.

Ensure the charging cable is fully inserted into your car's charging port. Push firmly until it clicks into place.

My charging cable is locked to the car and won't release. What should I do?

The Tanglin Club has always been an inviting oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation for its Members.

While the Club's ambience may still evoke the grace and charm of the past, its strategic location, cosmopolitan membership and modern facilities, cater to the wants and desires of contemporary men and women, especially with the completion of its new Sports & Recreation Complex in December 2007.

It includes a gym, two jumbo double squash courts, two indoor tennis courts, Singapore's first rooftop lawn bowls court, a card room and a sports café.
