Tennis Clinics by Mark Philippoussis and AO Reserve

The Tennis Sub-Committee is pleased to invite Australian tennis legend, Mark Philippoussis, and AO Reserve to conduct a series of tennis clinics.

The AO Championship Trophies will be on display at the U1 Tennis Lounge for photo opportunities during this event. Breakfast buffet will be served.

 

Saturday, 7 June

9.00am to 11.00am

Tennis Courts 5 and 6

Maximum 6 players on one court per session, one session lasts 30 minutes

Tennis Section Members: Complimentary

 

Minimum Age: 12 years old

Skill Level: All levels including beginners, but participants must have some tennis experience. Players will be grouped by skill level.

 

Please note:

This event is for Tennis Section Members only.

Participants must be at least 12 years of age.

If registrations exceed the maximum capacity, participants will be determined by ballot.

 

Participants consent that the Club may use any photos taken during the event for publicity purposes.

About Mark Philippoussis

Mark Philippoussis is a former professional tennis player. He reached the men’s singles final of the US Open in 1998 and Wimbledon in 2003. He won 11 ATP singles titles (including the 1999 Indian Wells title), 2 Davis Cups for Australia, and held a career high ranking of number 8 in the world. He has represented Australia three times at the Olympic Games. Post-retirement Mark coached Stefanos Tsitsipas in 2022/2023 and has a decorated career in media and commentary.
