With effect from December 2019, the Club will not be sending hard copies of the Statement of Account (SOA) to Members, unless you have requested to continue receiving it. In other words, if you did not opt in to continue receiving the hard copy SOA, you will only be receiving the email SOA via your registered email address, beginning from December 2019 onwards.

As mentioned in the General Manager's emails/letters, a Rule was passed at the 30 May 2019 Annual General Meeting that the Club will refrain from posting out hard copies of the SOA, as they are available online (under the ‘Member Login’ section of the Club website) and can be issued via email. This will save a considerable amount of work, paper and cost.
