Thank you to those who attended our Special General Meeting (SGM) and voted for the following resolution on 13 December 2018. Below are the results.

Resolution

“To approve on the Comprehensive Maintenance Initiative (CMI) Projects 3 and 4 at a Budget of not exceeding $2,875,000 ($2.5M + 10% Contingency + 5% Consultancy Fee) and an understanding that Project 5, will be the final wrap up project to upgrade all exposed piping, services and building management systems and other issues discovered in the process of Projects 3 & 4.”
